These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and g444 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account on g444, accessing any part of the website at g444.best, or placing any bet or wager — whether real money or otherwise — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register or continue to use g444. Continued use of the platform after any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically.

These Terms are published in English, which is the operative language for all legal purposes. Any translation provided is for convenience only. In the event of a conflict between an English version and a translated version, the English text takes precedence.

To create and maintain an account on g444, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. g444 does not accept registrations from anyone under 18, and it is your responsibility to ensure you meet this requirement.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and for your own personal use only. Corporate accounts or accounts opened on behalf of another individual are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited. It is your responsibility to verify the legal status of online gambling in your location before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of a g444 employee or contractor in a role related to platform operations, game integrity or payments.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

g444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity or address at any point during your account's lifetime. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on g444. Opening more than one account — whether under your own name, a different name or via a proxy — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, valid Pakistani mobile number and a real email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. g444 will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. Do not share your g444 login details with anyone — all activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility.

• Passwords must be at least 8 characters and kept confidential at all times.
• g444 is not liable for losses caused by unauthorised access where the player shared or inadequately protected their credentials.
• Account names, usernames or profile details that are offensive, misleading or impersonate another person will be changed or removed without notice.

g444 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own limits.

All deposited funds are held in your g444 account balance and can be used to place bets on any available game or market on the platform. Deposited funds are your real money — they are not subject to any wagering requirement unless combined with a bonus at the time of claiming.

This is a one-time process.

Withdrawals will not be processed if there is an outstanding active bonus balance subject to wagering requirements. You may forfeit the bonus to enable withdrawal of your real money balance at any time. Any pending withdrawals may be cancelled by the player through the account dashboard and returned to the balance for further play.

All registered players with a real-money account on g444 are automatically enrolled in the VIP Club at Bronze tier. Progression through the five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — is based on accumulated loyalty points earned through real-money wagering.

Points are awarded on all real-money bets placed on g444 at a rate determined by your current tier. • Bronze and Silver tier status is reviewed on a rolling 90-day activity basis. Inactivity may result in tier adjustment but points are never deleted.
• Platinum and Diamond tier adjustments are handled individually between the player and their account manager.
• Diamond membership is invite-only and extended at the sole discretion of g444 management.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged outside the g444 platform.

• Bets placed after the official betting window has closed for a round are void. Live Dealer game outcomes are determined by physical play and cannot be disputed on the grounds of subjective dealer error when the dealing is confirmed by camera review.

g444 reserves the right to limit, cancel or restrict bets where there is evidence of system abuse, odds errors, or any activity inconsistent with legitimate recreational gambling.

Players may close their own accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be withdrawn to the registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe, provided there are no outstanding verification requirements or active bonus wagering requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, g444's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits g444's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

g444 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via the email address registered on your account and/or by displaying a notification on the platform. If you do not agree with any changes to the Terms, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any remaining real-money balance before the changes take effect. Continued use of g444 after changes have been implemented constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to g444's jurisdiction of licensing and incorporation.
